PERSONAL LIFE
Rob is a dad to 4 kids. He and his wife Nancy reside in a quiet neighborhood in the Western North Carolina Mountains. In addition to weight lifting and cycling and triathlon, Rob enjoys hiking, canoeing, camping, and offroading in his Jeep Wrangler. Rob puts his Christian faith at the forefront of his life... he and his family are members of Mountain Grove Church where he works with the youth.
