I’ve been training under Rob for one year. I went to him initially to try to rebalance myself after a farming accident which left me with two plates, 15 screws in my forearm and several muscles missing. I wanted to be whole , achieve balance and strengthen my left arm. With Rob’s instruction I have surpassed my goals and I am now able to do 15 pull-ups,over 20 push-ups and I feel I have more balance and strength now than I did when I was 20. Rob knows how to push me to get the best out of me in my work outs. Any trainer can have you push weight to achieve muscle mass but Rob takes the time to educate his clients on nutrition, form and managing your bodies performance. I am a soccer mom that needed some guidance with health and exercise. But got way more than I ever expected!!
