We are very flexible with designing customized trainer/client relationships that fit your exact needs, no matter where you're a Spa member or workout at home . Personal training through Rob Goodwin Fitness is designed as a comprehensive metabolic, nutritional and fitness service. Rather than purchasing a certain number of "sessions" with your trainer, you simply choose a complete training package that best fits your needs.

This is a concierge personal training service unlike no other, with complete support and guidance through every step of transforming and maintaining your body. All training sessions are performed in Hickory, at The Spa Athletic Club (920 2nd Ave NW). Each training package includes the following:


Regular body composition and fitness testing to assess your response to training and implement necessary changes to your program.

Detailed cardiovascular perscription and nutritional keys, with daily instructions for every aspect of your program - fitness, diet and lifestyle!

Unlimited phone and e-mail access to your trainer.


Groups of up to 4 persons are welcome. (1 hour sessions only) and 2 persons (30 minute sessions). That means you can divide any of the packages by the number of friends you decide to train with.
