Who is this training plan for?

Workouts will be high intensity utilizing bodyweight, dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, sandbags, TRX, and common gym machines. If you do not have access to a particular piece of equipment, simply substitute the logical alternative. Sometimes you will need to “work the problem”. You may also reach out to Coach Rob on the app for assistance regarding the program. This is NOT a “Cookie-Cutter” program. Coach Rob Goodwin designs and builds each workout based on his 30-years’ experience.
Requirements: Your body. A range of dumbbells/kettlebells from light to heavy. Barbell. Plates. Adjustable Bench. Pullup Bar. TRX strap/ Or Gymnastics rings. Bands. And maybe a few Sandbags. A backpack you can add weight to or a dedicated Ruck Sack. Various heavy things. I will also advise on substitutions you can make if you do not have a certain piece of equipment.
