Not to be confused with High Intensity INTERVAL Training (HIIT), this style of training was popularized by the late Arthur Jones, former Mr. Universe Mike Mentzer, and 6x Mr. Olympia Dorian Yates. Coach Rob Goodwin used this methodology for many years in the 1990s and for his nearly decade long Competitive Bodybuilding era.
Weekly Split: 4-5 Days. Hypertrophy. High Intensity, Low Volume Bodybuilding Pro Split.

Who is this training plan for?
- Your goal is to build muscle. Period.

Workouts will be high intensity, lower volume utilizing bodyweight, dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, TRX, and common gym machines. If you do not have access to a particular piece of equipment, simply substitute the logical alternative. You may also reach out to Coach Rob on the app for assistance regarding the program. This is NOT a “Cookie-Cutter” program. Coach Rob Goodwin designs and builds each workout based on his 30-years’ experience.
Requirements: A well-equipped gym: Free weight, machines, cables, dedicated leg machines, etc.
