You asked for it, well, here it is. Sign-up now for Rob’s kick-ass training without the nutrition. In the Tier One Training Program you will choose between two paths to help identify and focus on your personal goals – Team Wolf or Team Lion.

Team Wolf

Weekly Split: 5 Days with regular optional weekly challenge workouts. Push, Pull, Legs, HIIT + Higher intensity Cardio.

An “Alpha” mindset. Dedication, drive, and a “No quit” mentality!

Requirements: Your body. A range of dumbbells/kettlebells from light to heavy. Barbell. A Bench. Pullup Bar, Maybe a TRX strap/ Or Gymnastics rings. And maybe a few Sandbags. A backpack you can add weight to or Ruck. Various heavy things. I will also advise on substitutions you can make if you do not have a certain piece of equipment.

GOALS: As a WOLF You want to be hard, lean, and crazy fit year-round. You enjoy pushing your body and mind to its limits. Your desire is to be a complete specimen and be harder to kill than the average citizen. You don’t want to just be “all show and no go!”

Team Lion

Traditional Bodybuilding Style Pro-Split with muscle hypertrophy being the driver. More Steady-State Cardio. Train a different body part each day. Ex. Back, chest, legs, shoulders, arms, etc.

Requirements: A well-equipped gym.

GOALS: As a LION You are wanting to maximize the amount of muscle you have while staying lean. Your goal is to look great naked, or maybe even compete in a physique competition. You are striving to be always the Freak in the Room! This is the style of training I used throughout my entire bodybuilding competition years.

Team Rogue

Weekly Split: 4-6 Days with regular optional weekly challenge workouts. Push/ Pull, Legs, lots of Circuits, HIIT + Higher intensity Cardio. Splits may differ week to week. No rules!

To Go Rogue: To begin to behave in an independent or uncontrolled way that is not authorized, normal, or expected.

You’ve Gone Rogue from the corporate gym setting. You train at home. You have minimal equipment. You rely on your body and a few pieces of equipment to be your driver. Or you may workout in a gym but prefer a minimal style of training. Whatever the reason, you are willing to drive yourself to be the best version of yourself that you possibly can. You are not afraid of hard work and high intensity.

GOALS: You’re a focused self-starter with a specific goal. You want to be super- fit year-round. Aesthetically you want to look carved out of wood! You don’t mind pushing your body and mind to its limits. Your desire is to be a complete specimen and be harder to kill than the average citizen. You don’t want to just be “all show and no go!” Finishing a workout on the floor in a puddle of sweat is your happy place!

Team Nutrition

Protocol: For those who want to take a deep dive into a hypercarnivore, ancestral health lifestyle that not only lends to performance but also drives peak health and longevity. Tier One Nutrition instructs the client on the tenants of Coach Rob Goodwin’s Carnivore /Ketogenic diet. This Plan is foundationally animal-based and structured to maximize strength, conditioning, and endurance while improving health and overall quality of life.

Requirements: For anyone who’s been curious about a carnivore diet approach or who may want to tweak their current carnivore protocol.
The desire to make a wholesale change in the way you eat to perform and improve health through an animal-based diet that is generally high in protein and fat, and very low in carbohydrates.

With Coach Rob’s T1 Nutrition, protein and fats are the driving macronutrients, while any carbohydrate consumption is prescribed according to the output and specific needs of the individual. Your unique macros split may change from time to time to be sure you are always progressing or to support your current goals.

You Receive:

  1. As a Tier One Nutrition Client, you will have access to my app and will log your meals into My Fitness Pal, which syncs and works via proxy to the app.
  2. Once I have a clear understanding of your current habits, I will prescribe macros and a caloric ceiling that will drive you to your goals and work seamlessly with your training regimen. Then you and I will create an open dialog to ensure success.
  3. We will take specific steps to “break in” to a carnivore diet. No one should enter into this overnight. We will do this step-by-step to ensure a healthy adjustment period and a gradual change in the gut microbiome.
  4. You can interact with me as much as needed in the app messenger regarding your nutrition plan.
  5. Together we can work toward your goals as long as you like. A comprehensive Hypercarnivore food list will also be provided that is organized in a user-friendly format.
  6. Regular bonus tips in both video and document forms will be added regularly.
  7. Example meals may also be given to help clients understand what a typical meal might look like.

GOALS: You want to be hard, lean, and crazy fit year-round. You enjoy pushing your body and mind to its limits. Your desire is to be a complete specimen and be harder to kill than the average citizen. You don’t want to just be “all show and no go!” You also understand that your diet is synergistically woven within your training and conditioning pursuits. Each pillar reliant on the other to support the structure that is your health, fitness, performance, and recovery. You understand that your diet is a lifestyle and not a fad or quick-fix and ultimately needs to be sustainable for the long haul. We will always endeavor to strike a balance between sustainability, performance, and health.
